CRM SIDE >> License Module Enhancement:

1. Added Support Details Block - Add/Edit/View: Implemented a new block in the CRM system that allows users to add, edit, and view support details for licenses.
   1.1. Default Support (1 year): Added a checkbox option for default support duration of 1 year.
   1.2. Support Months: If the default support checkbox is unchecked, users can manually input the number of support months.
   1.3. Support Expiry Date: Automatically calculates the support expiry date based on the selections made in 1.1 and 1.2.

2. Set Support Expiry Date into License Key: Included the support expiry date in the license key information for easy reference.

3. Mail Notification for Support Expiry: Implemented a notification system that sends emails to the client, business development (BD) team, and support team at the same intervals as the license expiry notifications.

4. Support Expiry Report: Created a report feature that lists all upcoming support expiries. Users can search by opportunity and date range to find specific support expiries for customer service (CS) purposes.

Dialer Side >> License Module:

1. Show Support Expiry in View/Edit: Enabled the display of support expiry information in the view/edit section of the Dialer system upon decrypting the license key.

2. Sticky Alert for Support Expiry: Implemented a prominent sticky alert at the top of the admin panel header to notify users about upcoming support expiries.

   • The alert appears based on the intervals of 12, 7, 5, and upon expiration.

3. Request Additional/Renew Support: Included a Renew Support button in the expired support expiry sticky alert. This button redirects clients to a page where they can request additional support or renew existing support. An email is sent to the respective assigned user based on the opportunity.

These enhancements improve the license module functionality on both the CRM and Dialer sides, ensuring better support management and timely notifications for support expiry.
